Dokucraft – Light is a resource pack that just surfaced and has already been making waves due to how well designed and creative it is. This is a resource pack that, as you can tell by the name, is based primarily around the fundamentals of Dokucraft but the pack does feature a variety of changes and new elements that set it apart from the original Dokucraft and give it a distinct identity. If you enjoy Dokucraft but are looking for a change of pace that doesn’t alter things too drastically but still brings something fresh to the table then Dokucraft – Light is absolutely worth checking out.
Dokucraft – Light has primarily been designed keeping in mind players who are fans of the original Dokucraft’s look but want something that’s a little easier on the eyes. Dokucraft is certainly a great looking resource pack but Dokucraft – Light, as the name suggests, brings a lighter look to the table that tends to look a lot more vibrant. Most of the details of the textures haven’t seen any significant changes but Dokucraft – Light does feature a completely revamped color palette that actually feels like a breath of fresh air and breathes new life into all the pack’s textures thereby making them a treat to look at.
Dokucraft – Light has a resolution of 32×32 which is quite solid and shouldn’t cause issues on most systems that can handle vanilla Minecraft. Using Optifine with this resource pack isn’t a requirement but it’s definitely recommended as it can help elevate the whole experience quite a bit.
