Dreamland Parkour is one of the few parkour maps available that come with an actual plot. Parkour maps in Minecraft and an absolute delight to play because of the rush they give players but one feature that most maps in this category lack is a proper plot. Almost every parkour map starts off by shoving players straight into the gameplay, and there’s pretty much no story involved so the experience isn’t as immersive as it potentially could be. By combining the tried and true gameplay of Minecraft parkour maps with an intriguing storyline, Dreamland Parkour provides players with an experience that they shouldn’t miss out on.
In Dreamland Parkour, you play the role of a person who’s fallen into a very deep dream and can’t seem to get out of it. In your dreams, you begin to see parkour sequences and it seems like the only way to escape this dream is by successfully going through all of these sequences. If you fail to successfully complete the parkour sequences, then you’ll probably be stuck in the dream forever, so you will need to give it your best. Dreamland Parkour has six different levels for players to enjoy and each level takes place in a unique environment, so the gameplay will never start to feel repetitive. Also, in terms of difficulty, the creator of Dreamland Parkour rates it a 7/10 so it’s not the most challenging map out there, but it certainly isn’t easy by any means either.
While Dreamland Parkour is quite fun to play, it’s worth pointing out that it isn’t necessarily the most solid map out there on a technical level because certain jumps in the map seem to have lackluster execution and, due to this, they can be really hard to overcome. All things considered, Dreamland Parkour is a map that’s definitely going to be worth your while because it has engaging gameplay as well as an intriguing story.
