Eat the Eggs Mod for Minecraft 1.11.2/1.10

Eat the Eggs is a pretty useful mod that’ll be great for players who often seem to have a lot of eggs at their disposal and don’t necessarily know how to make the most out of them. Minecraft allows players to do a lot with the items they have on hand, but it seems that players aren’t really given a lot of breathing room when it comes to using eggs and due to this the eggs often end up getting piled up in storage. This particular mod allows players to use these eggs in a variety of different ways, and this not only adds more depth to the gameplay and at the same time ends up freeing a lot of storage space as well since players won’t need to stockpile eggs that they can’t use.

It’s worth noting that there have been quite a lot of mods like Eat the Eggs mod before but as of right now there are very few that have been updated to function with the latest releases of Minecraft which is why players can’t really make any use of them. Fortunately, Eat the Eggs functions seamlessly with both Minecraft 1.9 and 1.10 so you won’t need to worry about downgrading your Minecraft client in order to use it.

Most of what Eat the Eggs mod implements are basically item recipes that you can prepare through the eggs. Almost all the items are eatable so you can take them with you on your journeys in order to replenish your hunger whenever necessary. It’s worth noting that these items don’t necessarily restore a massive amount of hunger so you’ll probably need to eat a lot of them in order to fully replenish and this has probably been done to make sure that the mod doesn’t become overpowered. The great thing about Eat the Eggs is that it doesn’t make any changes the default items of Minecraft so it won’t cause any conflicts with the default Minecraft items.

How to install Eat the Eggs Mod?

1. Download the latest version of the Minecraft Forge installer.
2. Run the installer and select client/server.
3. Start Minecraft using the Forge profile.
4. Exit the game.
5. Download the <Eat the Eggs> below and place it in the mods folder.
6. Re-launch Minecraft and have fun!
