Elytron is a pretty creative map that makes full use of Elytra in order to give Minecraft players a delightful experience. The addition of Elytra has definitely been one of Minecraft’s biggest highlights over the past couple of years because it’s a delightful feature that adds quite a lot of depth and enjoyment to the gameplay. However, as fun as Elytra is to use, we can’t help but feel that it’s underutilized at times and this is why we’re glad to see a map like Elytron surface. This is a map that makes the most out of Elytra, and this is one of the main reasons we recommend trying it out.
In the Elytron map, your goal is to utilize your skills to outmaneuver your opponents. The gameplay feels much like an actual dogfight because the goal is to fly around the sky and somehow trick opponents into making a positional mistake. The goal is to eliminate your opponents, and you can do this by tricking your opponents and making them crash into the light trail that the Elytra leaves behind. The gameplay is quite fast-paced and is an absolute delight to experience once players have gotten a hang of things.
The Elytron map also features special fireworks that players can utilize in dire times to change their direction almost immediately. We definitely recommend mastering the use of fireworks because properly using fireworks is exactly what sets the good players apart from the great ones on this particular map. All said and done, Elytron is a top notch Minecraft map that delivers a delightful PvP experience to all its players, and it does so by fully utilizing all the great features and possibilities that Elytra has added to the game. We definitely recommend giving it a shot if you’re looking for something fast-paced and highly addicting.
