Once in a while, you get a custom Minecraft map which isn’t meant to be played on at all – rather, it features structures that the player is supposed to copy and then paste into another world, via the WorldEdit plugin. The Farm House Pack map is really more of a showcase for a dozen different houses than a playable map. Well, that’s not to say you couldn’t just move into one of them and live there while trying to survive on the map, but that’s not really the point here. Besides the houses, you get a fishing shack, an Inn, a windmill, and more, for a total of 21 unique structures.
If you’ve ever wanted to design your own massive village, then you’re just the type of player the Farm House Pack map was made for. This is a map that is meant to get the creative juices flowing in whoever uses it. In fact, you’ve probably seen one or two of the structures in this map before, on other maps without even realizing where the original content came from! The Farm House Pack map is definitely worth a look, but if you want an exciting adventure map with a story, loot, and everything else, you’re going to be very disappointed with this one.
