Ghost Parkour is an absolutely stellar map that’ll truly test your skills and timing like no other map before. The pack mostly features standard gameplay but, on top of this, it has a very intriguing new gimmick that brings a lot of depth to the gameplay. If the gameplay of run-of-the-mill parkour maps is something that you enjoy, but you also want something fresh and interesting, then this map will pretty much be the perfect fit for you. Of course, it’s worth mentioning that the gameplay might take some getting used to but, after a few minutes of playing, you’ll get settled into it quite nicely.
The core objective of Ghost Parkour’s gameplay, as it’s always been in most parkour maps, is to get to the end of the level as quickly as possible and, in order to do this, you will have to make your way through all the different jumps and obstacles that the map will throw at you. The key gimmick in this particular map is the fact that the blocks will disappear after you’ve stepped on them once and this makes the gameplay highly unforgiving since you’ll only be given one opportunity to pull off a jump/movement or you’ll be set back quite a bit.
To play the Ghost Parkour map, you’ll need to have command blocks enabled, or it won’t function properly. As far as playtime is concerned, the map isn’t necessarily that long, but it still might take you some time to get through it because it’s rather challenging and the vanishing block gimmick might take a while to fully get used to if you’re not adept at playing parkour maps. All said and done, Ghost Parkour is a spectacular parkour map that doesn’t cease to impress thanks to its fun new gameplay mechanic and creative level design.
