Before heading into any major details about the Levitation Bound we’d like to mention that it’s absolutely necessary for you to have Minecraft 1.9 (Snapshot 16w02a) if you want to play it because the entire map bases itself upon a feature that’s been implemented in this version which, as the name suggests, is the levitation feature so before you apply this mod make sure that you’re on the proper version otherwise you probably won’t be able to make it function even a little. That said, if you’re on Minecraft 1.9 then prepare for an epic experience as the Levitation Bound map is an epic one that’s sure to deliver an addictive experience.
Levitation Bound is a sort of platforming map in which you must use the levitation effect implemented by Minecraft 1.9.4 to move through the air and jump across the platforms. You can jump up to five consecutive times so you’ll be able to cover quite a bit of distance with said jumps but keep in mind that it’s not just about the distance, it’ll take a lot of precision if you want to land accurately on the platforms so plan your jumps carefully. The map features a total of nine highly enjoyable levels and every one of them presents a unique challenge that’s sure to test your skills.
The best part about the Levitation Bound map is definitely the fact that it supports multiplayer play so if you want to hop around the levels alongside one of your fellow Minecraft players then you’re more than welcome to do so. Playing with friends usually improves the experience and that’s definitely the case in this map. One crucial thing to remember about this map is that if you’re playing a server then turn command blocks on but other than that you don’t need to worry about anything and can enjoy all the fun moments that Levitation Bound has to offer.
