Life as a Goblin is a superb Minecraft parkour map that, alongside providing players high-quality gameplay, also gives them a plot to enjoy. Parkour maps have always been known to give players an enjoyable time but one flaw that’s always existed in a majority of these maps is the fact that they don’t really have any kind of story for players to follow and this makes the overall experience slightly less immersive than it potentially could be. Thankfully, though, Life as a Goblin doesn’t share this flaw because it comes with an actual story that players can follow and this is why you’re definitely going to enjoy it if you’re into parkour maps.
In Life as a Goblin, you play the role of a small goblin who’s wandered into a massive world known as JezzWorld. After spending a bit of time in this world, you realize that it just isn’t for you, and this is why you decide to get back to yours, but the problem is that you’ll have to overcome a bunch of challenging parkour sequences before you can manage to make your way to the wizard who will allow you to teleport back to your own world.
Onto the actual gameplay, Life as a Goblin is quite impressive. All the parkour sequences are very well constructed and feel challenging but fair which is a testament to how well they’ve been designed. The map isn’t all that challenging, but you’ll definitely need a firm grasp of Minecraft’s parkour basics if you hope to get to the end without any trouble. As for its technical aspects, Life as a Goblin is quite well designed, so it’s unlikely that you’ll experience any technical issues while playing it. Overall, Life as a Goblin is a solid parkour map with a great story and top tier gameplay.
