Loophole is an intricately crafted parkour map that manages to breathe life into a category that’s slowly been growing stagnant by giving players a really creative setting to enjoy. As far as gameplay is concerned, there really isn’t any more room for innovation in parkour maps right now because almost every possible mechanic has been tried out but there’s still plenty of room to implement some creative settings into the mix and the Loophole map does exactly this. If you enjoy playing parkour maps and are looking for something that feels fresh, Loophole is a map that you’ll want to try out.
In the Loophole, you play the role of a miner who was on the job but, all of a sudden, you slipped and fell into icy cold water and were frozen. 200 years later, you awaken and realize that the city that you once lived in has become completely abandoned and there’s nothing left in it but dangerous beasts that lurk the land in search of prey. It’s up to you to explore the abandoned city and find at least one person who’s still there so you can get some answers about all the things that you’ve missed out on in the past 200 years.
The Loophole map is primarily played in single player but it supports multiplayer with up to two people as well so if you have a friend who’s into playing Minecraft parkour maps then you should definitely play together because this makes the experience more enjoyable. The Loophole map also features quite a lot of combat sequences since it’s filled with mobs but it’s worth pointing out that, oftentimes, it’s a wise choice to simply run away and proceed further instead of stopping to fight these mobs. Overall, Loophole is a creatively designed parkour map that promises to impress with its intriguing setting.
