The Mini Biome Parkour map is one that comes with a very unique twist that’s sure to provide players with a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Due to the sheer amount of parkour maps that Minecraft has today, it’s sort of a necessity that each new map come with a distinct feature that would set it apart from the other maps and make it worth trying out. The unique part of Mini Biome Parkour is its setting. Instead of taking place in a traditional parkour track, it instead takes place in various different biomes. This setting not only makes the map a delight to look at but also makes it quite fun.
Mini Biome Parkour consists of a total of 7 rooms (stages), and each room has its own individual biome. The best part about this map is that the biomes aren’t just visual, the biome of a room actually has a significant impact on what the parkour is going to be like in that room. Due to this, you’ll have to overcome various different kinds of scenarios if you want to finish the map. Of course, the map is fairly short since there are only 7 stages but it’s very engaging nonetheless.
The Mini Biome Parkour map comes with a timer as well that allows you to track how well you’re doing. It’s important to note that the timer doesn’t have any impact on the gameplay because the levels aren’t based on time so you can take all the time you want to complete them without having to worry about starting the level all over again due to the time running out. On a technical level, Mini Biome Parkour is very solid, but one unfortunate thing is that it doesn’t work with Minecraft 1.9 so make sure that you’re on 1.8 if you want to play this map.
