PolyPak Orange is a resource pack that’s been built with a fantastic idea in mind and what’s even better is the fact that its execution is absolutely spot-on. On paper, the PolyPak Orange resource pack might seem like a lot of other run-of-the-mill packs because it’s been designed with a faithful art style in mind but, as it turns out, this actually isn’t the case at all. The pack actually merges the default art style of Minecraft with high-resolution textures, and this is something that we haven’t seen often. The end result of all this is a gorgeous resource pack that’s definitely going to be enjoyed by players who are fans of Minecraft’s vanilla look.
The best thing about the PolyPak Orange resource pack is the fact that it actually manages to simplify the vanilla textures to a certain extent and this ends up removing all the unnecessary noise from them. Vanilla Minecraft can often be quite pleasing to look at, but the noise in the textures definitely hinders the experience. However, since noise isn’t a factor in the PolyPak Orange resource pack, the visuals look spot-on all the time, and the colors that accompany all the textures do an excellent job of bringing everything to life.
We mentioned earlier that the PolyPak Orange resource pack has high-resolution textures so the x256 resolution shouldn’t really come as a surprise. It goes without saying that you’ll need a high-end PC if you hope to run this resource pack without running into frame-rate drops over and over again as you make your way through the game world.
