Rodrigo’s resource pack by Rodrigo_Al is a simple and easygoing PvP map that’s been built to make sure that players don’t have to worry about their PvP experience being hindered by factors that aren’t directly in their control at the time of the battle. Many PvP packs nowadays tend to overload themselves with unnecessary textures as well as various other features that aren’t really that important and all these things tend to defeat the purpose of this pack category since they actually end up bogging down Minecraft’s performance a little bit. Rodrigo’s Pack is a straightforward PvP texture pack without any additional bells and whistles so when you use it, the only thing that you’ll need to focus on is the battle at hand.
Rodrigo’s resource pack doesn’t make any noteworthy changes to Minecraft’s default art style so you shouldn’t expect anything groundbreaking from it when it comes to visuals. The pack tones down the textures a little bit and removes a lot of redundant detail from them which not only gives the game a cleaner look but also helps it perform better when used on low-end computers. The color palette of Rodrigo’s Pack is a much brighter variant of the vanilla color palette, and it actually synergizes rather nicely with the game’s textures.
The resolution of Rodrigo’s Pack’s textures is 8×8 which isn’t really that high but this isn’t an actual issue since the focus of this pack is towards the game’s performance, not its visuals. Thanks to this low-resolution, Minecraft runs insanely smooth and hardly ever stutters, even if you’re playing it on a mediocre PC that doesn’t have any decent hardware.
