Simple Graphics is a simplicity based resource pack that just surfaced and, while there have definitely been quite a few similar resource packs before, Simple Graphics might just be among the best of its kind because it shows quite a lot of promise and doesn’t have any of the glaring flaws that usually hold back other simplistic resource packs from being truly exceptional. The mod surfaced fairly recently and, while it’s still far from completion, we still recommend giving Simple Graphics a shot if you’re on the hunt for a resource pack with a straightforward design because this is without a doubt one of the most impressive packs of that particular variety.
The primary motivation behind the Simple Graphics resource pack is the fact that creator Mrgoldy hasn’t really gotten a proper simplistic feeling from other packs of this category and, therefore, decided to make his own vision a reality. The pack’s been designed to be as easy on the eyes as possible so the colors aren’t as bright and vibrant but, nonetheless, the visuals still look appealing because of their smoothness. One obvious benefit of all simplistic resource packs that also applies to Simple Graphics is the fact that there’s absolutely no noise in the textures so the visuals will always look clean and appealing even though they may not be as well detailed.
Simple Graphics has the standard 16×16 resolution and this, along with its simplistic looking textures, will pretty much ensure that the pack runs smoothly for you, even if you play Minecraft on a system with low-end hardware that can’t handle most packs.
