If you’re looking for a map that makes you run from your life from beginning to end, you definitely want to check out the Super Lava Run map. It features an enclosed course with about a dozen different levels, three different difficulty modes, and yes, lots and lots of lava. There’s so much lava in fact that you will die if you don’t keep moving and quickly. If this map looks similar to another, older map, that’s because it is. This is actually based on Lava Run, an old Minecraft map that hasn’t worked properly since 1.4.7. Consider Super Lava Run the new and immensely improved version.
While running is essential in this map, it’s not going to save your life. As you move quickly through the stages you’ll need to duck, jump, climb, and otherwise navigate a number of different obstacles along your course. All of these are meant to slow you down of course, and though several of them will actually burn once exposed to the lava, you’re pretty much dead if you’re still around to see that happening. You’ve just got to keep running forward without looking back if you want to make it out of the Super Lava Run map alive.
