VanillaFoodPantry should definitely be the go-to mod for Minecraft players who’ve always felt that resources collected from vanilla Minecraft’s crops and farm animals aren’t really being used to their fullest potential. As it stands right now, vanilla Minecraft has quite a few resources that players can collect as they progress through the game but most of these resources can only be used to make a select few items and these items tend to get rather boring after a while because you’re using them over and over again. Fortunately, the VanillaFoodPantry mod implements tons upon tons of different food items that players can craft by using the same resources that they’ve always had access to in vanilla Minecraft.
The goal of the VanillaFoodPantry mod is to give pretty much every single vanilla Minecraft food resource a use and this is why it’s one of the most the most intriguing mods that we’ve come across in a while. VanillaFoodPantry comes with tons upon tons of different food items that players can utilize whenever they feel like they need to replenish their hunger and each individual item is completely unique. The mod features sugary drinks, taffy, fudge, roasted seeds, cookies, kebabs and pretty much every other kind of food that you can think of and it even consists of a variety of unique food items as well such as chorus fruit and fermented feathers.
It goes without saying that the recipes featured in the VanillaFoodPantry mod will definitely take you a little getting used to simply because there’s just such an enormous amount of them but, once you’ve played with the mod a bit, you’ll likely have a firm understanding of most recipes. It’s highly recommended that you use the VanillaFoodPantry mod alongside Hunger In Peace or Harder Peaceful because both those mods tend to synergize quite nicely with the features included in this one.
