Warthford is a fascinating and captivating adventure map in which players will have to race against the clock in order to reach their goal or they’ll have to face some pretty severe consequences. The Warthford map doesn’t really bring anything out of the ordinary to the table, but we still recommend playing it because it has absolutely every single feature that we’ve come to expect from top-tier adventure maps. There’s a fascinating line of main quests and, alongside this, there are a variety of intriguing side-quests and other amazing features for the players to enjoy as well. Overall, this is a top notch adventure map that doesn’t cease to impress.
In Warthford, players play the role of a worried man who only has 24 in-game hours to locate his wife and save her before it is too late. In the beginning, you’ll have absolutely no idea where your wife is so you will need to ask around and get hints in order to figure out her location and go there to rescue her. The plot isn’t necessarily anything unique, but it’s still very well thought out and this is one of the main reasons we recommend trying this map out.
Onto the details of the gameplay, perhaps the most fascinating thing about Warthford is the fact that there’s no single way to get to the end. There are multiple ways to complete each individual quest, so you’ll be able to play exactly how you want to without the game forcing you into a specific linear playstyle. There are a variety of top quality boss fights in Warthford as well that are quite challenging and will truly test your combat skills like nothing else. All said and done, although Warthford doesn’t really have anything new to bring to the table, it’s still a phenomenal map that delivers an exhilarating experience.
