The Animals Plus mod is designed keeping in mind the fact that the Minecraft game world is great fun to explore however it can feel rather lifeless it times. The world is pretty massive and there are many amazing sights to see however it doesn’t seem populous at all. Often times you’ll go quite a while without seeing any actual living creature in the game which can make the overall experience feel rather dull. However, that won’t be an issue any longer once you’ve applied this mod because it’ll fill your game world up with amazing animals of many different kinds.
It’s pretty amazing how well executed the Animals Plus mod really is. It adds over 30 different animals to the game and each one of them has a unique look as well as distinct behavior. You’ll be able to watch beautiful whales as they swim through the giant oceans of Minecraft, you’ll able to enjoy the butterflies as they flutter around you with every step you take and as soon as you enter a forest you’ll be greeted by multitudes of unique creatures who are all relaxing in their natural habitat. The game becomes a whole new experience after applying the Animals Plus mod.
Although this mod has received quite a bit of critical acclaim ever since it its release, there still have been certain issues with it. Many players have reported that the amount of crickets is simply way too much as compared to the rest and they can even make the game lag at times due to their sheer numbers. Fortunately there are commands through which you can disable creatures if you ever run into any issues with them. The Animals Plus mod is available for Minecraft 1.16.5 so make sure you’re on the same version if you want to use it.

I downloaded this mod, everything had worked fine except only 3 of the creatures are spawning naturally and there is too many of them… I have looked al over and I only see centipedes, butterflies, and crickets…
