If you’re looking for a fun, interesting, and most importantly new Minecraft map to enjoy, take a good look at the Creeper Run map. This map features three different game modes: Classic, Escape, and Defense. The objective changes a little between the three different games, but the problem is always the same – there are creepers, creepers everywhere. Classic will pit you against an endless stream of creepers in an endurance run that ends with your death, which is cool if you like competing against yourself to try and get more precious seconds. The other two game modes are a little bit more interesting.
Escape is much different. It’s a parkour course with a literal wall of creeper explosions that follow you from behind, sort of like those old Super Mario Bros. 3 levels where the screen would constantly pan to the right and force you to keep moving forward. Unlike Classic, Escape actually has an end. The Defense portion of the Creeper Run map pits you in a fortified bunker with creepers constantly coming from all sides. You have to shoot them to keep them from blowing up your fort, but they will eventually overwhelm you, so it’s another sort of time test, like Classic mode.
