Double Jump Mod for Minecraft 1.9

Double Jump is hands down one of the simplest Minecraft mods that you’ll ever encounter but at the same time it’s also probably one of the most useful as well. It adds a much-needed ability into the game that allows you to scale more distances, reach places that you normally wouldn’t be able to and overall just traverse the world quicker than you normally do. Of course the other great benefit of having a mod this simple is that it won’t affect the game’s performance either so even if you’re using a very low-end PC to play Minecraft, you will not have to worry about any framerate or lag related issues with this mod.

The feature that the Double Jump is, of course, the ability to double jump. The fact that Minecraft doesn’t have a double jump feature by default is actually rather surprising since it actually feels quite natural in the game and seems like a feature that should exist in the game right from the get-go. With this mod applied you’ll be able to scale large structures much quicker and get to those hard to reach places with less difficulty.

It’s important to note that if you want to use the features of the Double Jump mod on a server, then you’ll have to install it both client side and server side otherwise it will cease to function. The mod is free from any bugs, so you don’t need to worry about any awkward instances in which the second work refuses to go off for some random reason. Double Jump has been built to work solely with Minecraft versions 1.9 and above so using it with an older version of the game will probably lead to a bunch of technical issues that will prevent the mod from functioning.
