Dr. Fletcher: Potion Mission is an exciting Minecraft map that might not be perfect but is still more than capable of providing players with an immersive experience that they’re going to enjoy from start to finish. Adventure maps have always leaned towards giving players a captivating story to follow in order to enhance the overall experience and, while this map does have a fairly engaging plot, it’s not as in-depth as they tend to be in maps of this category. However, the top-notch gameplay and solid visuals make up for the plot, and, all things considered, you’re certainly going to enjoy what this map has to offer.
In Dr. Fletcher: Potion Mission, your goal is to help Dr. Fletcher rescue his friend. The Doctor’s oldest friend has been kidnapped by the cunning Professor McBeardface, and you need to rescue him before it’s too late. However, while this might sound like a simple rescue mission on paper, this actually isn’t the case because McBeardface actually has quite a lot of tools at his disposal that he’ll use to stop you in your tracks. To break into Professor McBeardface’s base, you’ll need to utilize the potions created by Dr. Fletcher in order to acquire power-ups but, even with the power-ups, this’ll be no easy task so you must bring your best if you hope to succeed.
Dr. Fletcher: Potion Mission lasts for around 2 hours depending on how skilled you are at playing adventure maps, and it has a variety of intriguing gameplay elements that aren’t traditionally found in Minecraft maps, so you’re going to have quite a unique experience making your way through it. The map also comes with its own custom resource pack that brings a lot of appealing visuals to the table so, all things considered, it’s definitely worth trying out.
