Haunted Hide and Seek Map itself may be behind us, but the influx of Halloween-themed Minecraft content doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of stopping because we keep seeing new Halloween-inspired content for the game surface every other day, and Haunted Hide and Seek is the latest of these. This is an exciting Halloween-themed PvP map that’s filled to the brim with exciting features and is more than capable of keeping you hooked for hours upon hours if you choose to get into it. If you’re looking for a truly immersive Minecraft map that you can enjoy alongside your friends then we definitely recommend checking out Haunted Hide and Seek because it doesn’t cease to impress.
Gameplay
Haunted Hide and Seek is filled to the brim with exciting things for you to keep busy with but the map’s biggest highlight is the fact that it comes with three distinct game modes, each with its own distinct design. The first game mode is Trick or Treat which is pretty much the classic hide and seek. Second is the Frozen in Fear which is like the standard mode but the twist here is that you cannot move from a location once you’ve chosen to hide there. Finally, the map features an exciting mode known as Murderer in the House which is an exciting mode in which one player is a murderer and can one-hit KO anyone with a powerful sword and everyone else must try to stop their murderer with their standard weaponry that isn’t as strong. Each individual game mode is a treat to play and, overall, the gameplay of Haunted Hide and Seek definitely doesn’t cease to impress.
Compatibility and Technical Aspects
There haven’t been reports of any significant bugs so far in the Haunted Hide and Seek map which is why you’ll probably be able to enjoy it without any trouble as long as you play it on Minecraft 1.14.4 as this is the only version of the game it’s compatible with.
