Magical Experience Mod for Minecraft 1.7.10

Though the name might make you think it has something to do with earning experience or enchanting items, the Magical Experience mod literally makes your Minecraft experience more magical with the addition of certain potions, traps, staves and other items. If you’ve ever wanted to harness the power of lightning and throw it at a player, or make other players spontaneously combust with a look, then this is probably a mod you’d enjoy a lot. Only one new ore type is introduced, but it’s with this ore that you get around to crafting most of the new items added by this mod.

So what can you make with the Magical Experience mod? Well you can make bottle grenades which explode like TNT when you hurl them at players or monsters, for starters. You can also make pressure plate traps which instantly kill whoever steps on them, which is great for surrounding your home with a layer of protection or keeping looters out of your vault.
