The Mr. Parkour map by Nico_The_Pro is a very intriguing parkour map that has a very unique niche which sets it apart from other maps of this category. It came out just recently and has already received quite a lot of critical acclaim. The map comes with its own resource pack that you need to apply in order to enjoy it as it was meant to and this resource pack does a great job of making the experience feel more immersive and engaging for the players. Overall this is a unique parkour map that’s definitely worth looking into.
Mr. Parkour has a total of 7 levels that you’ll need to get through. Of course, it does come with all the standard features that one would expect from a high-quality parkour map but alongside these, it has also implemented a secret into each stage that the players need to find out in order to progress further. The secret is basically a chest that consists of a sheet of paper and these are very well hidden so it’ll take a while before you’re able to find them. The map is very challenging as well mainly due to the fact that you’re not only going through a lot of intense parkour sequences but alongside those you’re also trying to look for a hidden chest and this amps up the difficulty quite a bit.
Mr. Parkour did have a bunch of bugs at the time of release that held it back a little for example the lava not immediately killing whoever falls in it, but most major bugs have been patched with the 1.1 updates so the map should be pretty smooth now on a technical level. Overall, this is a very distinct and enjoyable parkour map that’ll definitely be according to your preferences if you’re looking for something fresh.

Dude, When you make maps, MAKE IT LESS LAGGY. REDSTONE CLOCKS LAG! And maybe you should use the new features to force a resource pack into the map and delete the sounds you don’t want players to hear instead of them wasting their time on stuff you could have done in 5 minutes? And if you know execute commands, why don’t you use execute commands instead of pressure plates? 1/5 stars.
