Passable Leaves is an extremely useful Minecraft mod that makes what seems to be a minor change on paper but, as it turns out, this turn ends up having quite a bit of an impact on the game. This is a mod that’s been designed for players who are annoyed of the constant collision issues that occur with leaves in Minecraft. Collision with leaves is something that’s hindered the Minecraft experience for quite a lot of players because it ruins the flow completely but, thankfully, the Passable Leaves mod gets rid of this issue entirely and this leads to a much smoother gameplay experience.
The Passable Leaves mod basically makes it so that players no longer collide with leaves. The mod makes leaves an entity that’s purely visual so they don’t physically have any impact on the game world. With this mod applied, you’ll be able to run through the game world of Minecraft without having to worry about some annoying leaves stopping you in your tracks over and over again. The leaves still exist for the sake of visuals, though, so you won’t have to worry about ruining the graphics of Minecraft by applying this mod.
It’s important to point out that the effect of this mod isn’t just limited to the player. Upon applying this mod, all entities of Minecraft will be able to move through leaves and this is something that you’ll need to keep in mind because mobs will be able to move through leaves as well. The mod also makes it so that players and other entities can see leaves so you can no longer hide behind the cover of leaves once this mod has been applied. Overall, Passable Leaves is a useful mod that makes a small but creative change to Minecraft.
