There have been multiple different kinds of puzzle maps over the years, and every new map tries to innovate by adding new gameplay mechanics into the game or by changing the traditional gameplay formula. Recently, there have been puzzle maps that come with a pretty big twist, and this twist is the fact that players actually have to die in order to progress in these maps. Take Some Damage is the latest addition to this line-up of distinct puzzle maps, and it definitely delivers an engaging and challenging experience that puzzle fanatics are sure to enjoy.
The Take Some Damage map has five different levels for players to enjoy and the objective in each level is to of course figure out a way to die. The core gameplay might seem pretty simple on paper, but once you actually get into the map, you’ll see that there’s a lot more depth to it than meets the eye and you’ll have to put a lot of thought into it if you want to succeed. There aren’t really many ways through which you’ll be able to take damage, and this is why it’ll be extremely difficult to figure out how to get through this map.
It’s worth mentioning that the Take Some Damage map is a lot shorter than other maps in which you have to die and this is mainly because of the fact that it only has five different levels and each level takes place in a pretty small room. The map also has a few glitches but, thankfully, none of these glitches will have a significant impact on your gameplay since they don’t occur as often as one would think and, even if they do occur, they won’t hinder your progress much because they’re quite minor.
