UsefulTNT is a mod that definitely scores a lot of points for creativity because it manages to make TNT much more useful than it already is. Traditionally, TNT has always been thought of as a destructive tool that can be used to break things down, but the problem is the fact that this is pretty much it. Other than blowing stuff up, you can’t really do much else with TNT but, thanks to the UsefulTNT mod, you’ll actually be able to do a lot more with it. As the name suggests, the mod has been designed to make TNT much more useful, and it definitely succeeds at doing so.
The UsefulTNT mod basically implements a special item that players can apply onto their usual TNT. Whenever players use TNT that’s been modified with this item, it’ll explode in a way that’ll benefit mining quite a bit. Whenever you utilize TNT this way, it’ll drop various useful items, and it’ll also make sure that no existing items are dropped. It’s also worth keeping in mind that the explosion from this special TNT will do no damage to players, so you won’t need to worry about clearing the area and hiding behind cover.
One of the most impressive features of the UsefulTNT mod is the fact that it does an excellent job of minimizing collateral damage. The mod minimizes this damage by making sure that the TNT explosion of the special modified TNT won’t chain with other TNT in the area.
