Seasons in Minecraft is an incredible resource pack that we definitely want to commend for creativity because, over the years, we haven’t really seen anything quite like it before. Instead of completely overhauling the game’s visuals, the mod’s been designed to enhance them a bit and, as the name implies, it does so by adding full-fledged seasons into the game. When seasons change in the world, we see a lot of visual changes as well and, thanks to this resource pack, you’ll be able to experience each one of these changes in Minecraft as well thereby making the overall experience more immersive and realistic.
The Seasons in Minecraft resource pack implements the four seasons of Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring into the game and these seasons will constantly keep cycling as you play through the game. The seasons change every Minecraft day, and this is great because players probably don’t want to wait for too long before they see a shift in seasons. Whenever a season changes, the textures of the grass, plants and even leaves will change. For example, during a Winter day, everything will mostly be covered with white but, on the other hand, there’ll be a ton of greenery during a Spring day. Regardless of the season, though, the textures of this pack are extremely well designed, and you’re definitely going to enjoy each one of them.
The textures of the Seasons in Minecraft resource pack have a resolution of x16, so it’s unlikely that this pack will cause any performance drops, even on low-end PCs. Also, it’s crucial to point out that, if your’e using Optifine or MCPatcher, you’ll need to disable Connected Textures for this pack to function properly.
