Sepctrite is a mod that, on paper, might not seem like that big of a deal because the maount of content that it brings to the table isn’t particularly high but, upon using it, you’ll see that it’s probably one of the most impactful mods available for Minecraft. The Sepctrite mod’s been named after the ore that it implements into the game, and this specific ore is probably one of the strongest things available in Minecraft. If you aren’t currently satisfied with the vanilla ores of Minecraft and want to implement an insanely powerful ore into the game, then the Sepctrite mod will allow you to do exactly that.
At first sight, it might seem like the Sepctrite mod is incredibly overpowered because the ore that it implements is absurdly strong, but this isn’t necessarily the case because the ore’s strength is balanced quite nicely by the fact that it’s insanely difficult to find. In order to find a worthwhile amount of Spectrite ore, you’ll have to make quite a lot of effort. The ore is found in The Nether, The End and on the surface but, in each three of these locations, it’s available in scarce quantities, so you’ll definitely have to work for it.
Onto the specifics, the items made by the Sepctrite ore are significantly stronger than any vanilla item you can find in Minecraft. For example, a pickaxe made with Spectrite can actually mine nine different blocks at once and an armor set made by this ore can make a player pretty much invincible. Perhaps the most impressive thing about the Sepctrite mod is the fact that, while it’s quite powerful, the functionality of its items seems to blend in nicely with Minecraft’s gameplay so, after using it for a while, the mod will start to feel like a natural part of the game.

i thought this mod worked on 1.12 bot sadly it didn’t, i thought it worked with 1.12 because the website said it did
They say it works with 1.12 because they’ll get more clicks that way. If you want to avoid clickbait, use the sites that modders actually post to like CurseForge and PlanetMinecraft.
