The New Wayukian resource pack is essentially a remake of the original Wayukian resource pack that came out a while back but stopped receiving updates and has been laying dormant for quite some time. The Wayukian resource pack is widely regarded as one of the better 16×16 resource packs to surface so it was definitely unfortunate that development was halted on the pack and it stopped receiving updates. Fortunately, though, the pack has recently been brought to life in the form of the New Wayukian resource pack that not only manages to continue the legacy of the original but makes a few changes as well that make it worth anyone’s while.
The New Wayukian resource pack, much like the original, features some absolutely gorgeous textures that are a delight to look at. Most 16×16 resource packs aren’t really much to look at in terms of texture detail but this is far from the case in the New Wayukian resource pack because every single one of its textures is smooth, noise free and has a fair bit of detail for players to enjoy even in spite of the low resolution. The pack also features a revamped user-interface as well as custom animations for things like lava and water that look quite spectacular.
As mentioned earlier, the New Wayukian resource pack has a resolution of 16×16 so you probably aren’t going to run into much trouble getting it to run as long as you use it on a system that can handle vanilla Minecraft without running into frame-rate problems.
