Eyemod Mod for Minecraft 1.8/1.7.10

Obviously inspired by using a similar device to cheat in the Grand Theft Auto series, the Eyemod mod for Minecraft adds a super-powered phone, called an EyePod, to Minecraft. This device allows the player to explore an area with a click, or gain positive potion effects without actually carrying any potions in their inventory, or ever brewing them in the first place. Some players will say a device like this essentially breaks Minecraft, but others say it adds lots of fun to the game by streamlining gameplay, removing the need to hunt for ingredients and letting players just do as they please.

It’s not as if this EyePod gives you infinite power, either. It comes with a battery and must be regularly charged to be of any use to the player – a dead EyePod won’t do anything at all. You can upgrade your batteries to have a longer life, and that’s not the end of it. Your EyePod is limited to doing only whatever apps you have installed allow it to do, and the app store only trades apps for emeralds, which are pretty hard to find. The Eyemod mod offers a significant change to the way Minecraft is played, making it a great addition for those who’ve become bored with traditional Minecraft.
