MoarOres Mod for Minecraft 1.7.10

The MoarOres mod for Minecraft adds more than 80 new items to the game, including the ores you can mine from the earth and the things you can craft using those ores. In total, you get 8 new sets of armor, swords and tools, and some of the new ores include adamite, aparatite, mythril and ruby. Each of these has its own unique color code, so telling them apart is easy enough with just a glance. There is also a new type of fuel called fission which can perform 12 cooking operations, or 108 if using a block of fission in a furnace.

Although it wasn’t designed specifically for it, the MoarOres mod goes very well with the MoarFood mob, and both happen to be by the same author. There are plans to add an entirely new dimension to Minecraft with this mod, much like the End or the Nether, where the new ores would play a stronger part in the way the game works. Additionally, blocks which are already in the game, like netherrack, can also be used to make gear and tools. If you’re just looking to get more out of Minecraft, this is a great mod to try.
